Amanda Kulesza
Owner
Amanda is the owner of Joyland Preschool.
Prior to coming to Joyland, she was a Childcare
Supervisor at a local church as well as a Marketing Director. She has her Bachelor’s Degree from
St. Bonaventure University in Communications
and an Early Childhood Certificate from Columbus State.
Amanda has been the owner since June 2008.
Miranda Cline-Bourassa
Director
Miranda is the Director at Joyland. She received her BA in Early Childhood Education from Muskingum University and has a Master’s degree in Educational Administration. She has 8 years experience teaching preschool and was an assistant
administrator before coming to Joyland. Miranda started in June 2011.
Aimee McFarland
Infant Teacher
Aimee is a teacher in our Infant classroom. She worked as a nanny for a family for six years prior to coming to Joyland. Aimee started at Joyland in August 2019.
Alissa Juarez
Older Infant (Wobbler Teacher)
Alissa is a teacher in our Wobbler classroom.
She worked at Joyland previously for almost 8
years. She has two children, Penelope and Angel, who she stayed home with for a couple of years. Alissa returned to Joyland in August 2023.
AJ DeMarco
Older Infant (Wobbler Teacher)
AJ is a teacher in our Wobbler classroom.
AJ has 10 years experience
working for another local center as well as 4 years experience as a nanny
AJstarted at Joyland in April 2024.
Devan Barnett
Toddler Teacher
​Devan is a teacher in our Toddler classroom. She worked at another center for a year as an assistant teacher before working in the restaurant business for the last 4 years. She has two children of her own. Devan started at Joyland in June 2018.
Trudy Nichols
Toddler Teacher
Trudy is a teacher in our Toddler classroom.
She attended the Licking County J.V.S. where
she was certified in Early Childhood Education.
She has over 15 years of childcare experience.
Miss Trudy worked at Joyland previously and
returned after some time away. Trudy has now been back at Joyland since June 2008.
Natasha Frink
Preschool Teacher
Natasha is a teacher in our Cardinals classroom.
She worked at another local center for many years
before coming to Joyland. She has a son named Wesley
and a daughter named Wrenlee.
Natasha has been at Joyland since May 2023.
Emily Terry-Adams
Preschool Teacher
Emily is a teacher in our Preschool (Cardinals) classroom. She had 4 years prior experience
teaching in a childcare setting in both the toddler and preschool age groups, as well as nanny experience.
She has also completed courses towards an education degree.
Emily started at Joyland in June 2014.
Tameika Hendricks
PreK Teacher
Tameika is a teacher in our Stars classroom. She recently moved here from Connecticut,
where she had 15 years experience working with
children of various ages. She also has a son. Tameika started at Joyland in August 2022.

Sarah Westcamp
PreK/Kindergarten
Sarah is a teacher in our Kindergarten classroom. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University in Early Childhood
Education. While attending college she worked summers at a local childcare center.
Sarah started at Joyland in June 2013.
